A client portal home with a welcome message, an approval and two requests that need attention, and two projects with their status

How it works

Three steps, and the project lives in one place instead of a dozen email threads.

  1. 1

Add a client and invite their contacts

Create the client, add a project and invite the people you work with by email. They sign in with a one-time link, so there is no password to set up.

  2. 2

Keep the project in their portal

Post progress updates, add deliverables and their new versions for review, and list what you need from the client. Only their invited contacts can see it.

  3. 3

    Get a clear decision

Clients approve or request changes on the exact version, answer requests and comment where the work is. Every decision is kept on record.

Features

Built around how client projects move

A small set of tools that work well together: keep clients informed, get decisions on record and collect what you need.

All features
  • Client portals

A private portal for each client, showing their projects and nothing else.

  • Deliverables and versions

Deliverables shared privately with invited client contacts, with folders, versions and previews.

  • Approvals

Ask for sign-off on a specific version and keep a permanent record of the answer.

  • Requests

A checklist of what you need from the client, with replies, uploads and due dates.

Short progress updates clients can read in order, with comments.

  • Branding

Your logo and accent color on every portal, and your own address on higher plans.

Owner, Admin and Member roles, tighter client permissions and an audit log on higher plans.

A closer look

Approvals

A clear yes, on the exact version

Ask for sign-off on a deliverable or a decision. Clients approve or request changes with a comment, and the decision is stored with their name, the version and the time. Export the record as a PDF whenever you need it.

  • Approve or request changes
  • A permanent record that cannot be edited
  • PDF export of every decision

Deliverables and versions

The current version, always in the same place

Add deliverables to project folders and keep every version. Invited client contacts preview images and PDFs in their portal and review the latest version, while earlier ones stay in the history.

  • Version history on every deliverable
  • Image and PDF previews
  • Private to invited contacts, with no public links

Requests

Stop chasing logos, copy and logins

List what you need from the client as a checklist with due dates. They reply, attach files and submit each item, and you can see at a glance what is still missing.

  • Files attached to each request
  • A reminder email when a request is overdue
  • Request forms on higher plans

Who it's for

For people who deliver work to their own clients

Freelancers, studios and agencies that already have clients and want a clearer way to run the client side of a project.

Your clients' work stays private

Each portal is for one client and the people you invite. Nothing in Ayebridge is published on a public page.

How we protect data
  • Private by default

Projects and deliverables are visible only to your team and the client contacts you invite.

  • Signed, short-lived links

Every download uses a signed link that expires a few minutes after it is created.

  • Separate workspaces

Tenant isolation is enforced in the data layer, and each contact sees only their own portal.

  • Two-factor sign-in

Team members can protect their account with an authenticator app.

Frequently asked questions

What is Ayebridge?

Ayebridge is client portal and project approval software for freelancers and agencies. Each of your clients gets a private portal where you post updates, share deliverables for review, ask for approvals and collect what you need from them.

Do my clients need a password?

No. Client contacts sign in with a one-time link sent to their email address. They only ever see their own portal.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and your data is kept for at least 30 days.

Can my clients pay invoices through Ayebridge?

No. Ayebridge doesn't process payments. You can create quote and invoice documents and share them in the portal, and you set their status yourself.

Where is my data stored?

The application runs on Vercel and the database on Neon, both in the United States. Uploaded files are kept in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and can only be opened through short-lived signed links.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your workspace, which opens the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. A renewal charge is refunded if you ask within 14 days of the charge and the workspace has not been used since it renewed. Email support@ayebridge.com to ask for a refund; it goes back to your original payment method, and the subscription ends with the workspace kept read-only. The full terms are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
